The Palestinian Authority’s decision to sever ties with the Quartet— comprising the UN, EU, United States and Russia that tries to mediate the peace process—should serve as a wake-up call for the international community about the petulance of Palestinian diplomacy and the strong undercurrent of rejectionism that grounds it.
